A New Home or Completion Inspection is similar to a standard Building & Pest inspection, but is tailored for a newly constructed property. Suitable properties include; New project homes, new units, units bought ‘off the plan’, new estates, villas, townhouses, apartments, architectural projects, owner builder projects etc.
New properties can have serious problems. All new builds will have minor issues such as incomplete items, poor workmanship and installation defects. A New Home Inspection will identify and document these issues so that the builder can be notified. The builder can then rectify the issues before purchase or handover.
